Of course most web marketers know next to nothing about how to write a press release or even how to interact with journalists. They don't take the time to learn how to really pitch a story to a journalist or what's even the best way to approach a journalist. That's too bad because just learning a few simple rules can mean the difference between getting a story written about your project and a journalist putting you on a spam blacklist. Buying Text Link Ads. How to improve the user experience and improve your search engine rankings at the same time.
With Matt Cutts trying to destroy the paid link market it's apparent that there is a good way to buy text link ads and a "bad" way from Google's perspectative. I find it pretty frustrating that Google feels it necessary to use back channels like Matt Cutt's personal blog to disseminate information about their main product, namely their search engine.
