Binge eating refers to the tendency of being dependent on food, such that you fall into a habit of overeating. Binge eaters exceed the normal eating habit by both frequency and volume. They not only eat more and seem to be eating something each passing minute. When it becomes a habit, the body builder starts eliminating heaps and heaps of food within minutes and then coming back for some more, less than an hour later.
As a consequence, most binge eaters are overweight. They become obese within no time. But funny enough, most binge eaters are not out of shape especially if they had already achieved a great form and physique before falling into the overeating habit. Some of the greatest binge eaters are actually in good shape rather than out of shape. The problem rests in form, physical fitness and health. Their internal organs are loaded and covered in solid fats and soon enough the heart, liver and kidneys start showing signs of malfunction.
The binge eating disorder is extremely detrimental to physical fitness, flexibility and breathing. The circulation system is sluggish and unstandardized, the breathing unregulated and movements uncoordinated. Their body’s overall well-being is brought to zero or even negative, despite their previous achievements in the bodybuilding career.
The following are the prominent causes of binge eating or eating disorder as the politically correct refer to it.
Overemphasis of the bodybuilding diet than other training elements like supplementation, weight exercise workouts, physical fitness, body fat control etc.
Ignorant dieting programs especially those that target weight gain in bodybuilding.
Lack of caloric control in the bodybuilding diet. When food is measured in terms of volume not the calories, overeating will definitely result.
Stress and depression resultant from disappointments in the training program such as after a delay in muscle or weight gain, stagnation in progress, being left behind by colleagues in training etc.
Slow metabolic rate in the beginning of the training program. This makes the body builder to force food on himself or herself even when he or she doesn’t feel like it. When they fall into the habit of forcing the food down, every passing minute in a bid to argument the slow metabolic rate, it becomes a disease. Even when the metabolic rate will pick up and thrive in speed, the body builder will have become used to eating without control or regulation.
Side effects of anabolic steroids. Some anabolic steroids are dangerous when it come to triggering the appetite and the body builder can fall into the habit of eating beyond all conventions if he or she is in consistent use of such anabolic steroids, that’s why there are better supplements people can take such as cardarine that help the body improve their strength and performance, if you go to this website you can see their explanation on how these supplements work and how to get them.
To solve these problem, and even to prevent it from being full brown, it is important that the body builder take stock of his or her eating habits. Count your food intake in terms of carioles not amount. Plan out your diet and base it on the body’s requirements not feelings and wants. Soon enough, your body will fall into the habit of eating the appropriate amounts at designated times.
