Who Runs Bestbuy.com's Affiliate program?

The Best Buy Affiliate program is run by Befree. I was confused by all the consolidation in the affiliate management marketplace.
So Commission Junction, Befree and Reporting.net are all the same company but don't have a unified application structure in place. This is know doubt do to the difficulty of moving all those different affiliate links to a single network and quite frankly it's not worth the hassle for the merchant or the affiliates.
I am doing this blog entry because when I went to Google and typed in "Who runs Bestbuy.com's affiliate program?" I didn't get a clear answer from Google. Hopefully this entry will get a few incoming links and answer that question. Click here apply to the Best Buy Affiliate Program.
