First off it’s Ebay has acquired StumbleUpon. This is a somewhat surprising but I imagine that it’s the case that the first major media buyer who made an offer in StumbleUpon’s price range.

First off this is NOT a paid post. Just thought I would clear the air there. It’s apparent a number of bloggers are underwhelmed by the recent foray of PPP into ReviewMe’s space. Kumiko ssays you will make less money and John Chow says that PPP Direct “fails”. Both are flat assed wrong here. It’s curtains for ReviewMe.

Looking online, especially on eBay, we can find businesses selling merchandise for prices which would make any physical store lose it’s shirt (so to speak). The question that’s being asked is where merchants get their goods so cheap. Are those original goods? Are they knockoffs? Or maybe those are wholesale companies retailing their merchandise online? If you search online for terms like Wholesale Clothing liquidation you will find the new trend of wholesale clothing which are called closeouts.

I had two projects this weekend. The first was a big outdoor planter/xeriscape project. The other was a complete re-mashing of Best Buys Zone UK. Somehow I managed to nearly complete both of them. Our house here in New Mexico is on a hill and when people put this house up, they couldn’t be bothered to build terraces to minimize erosion. So I have been building rock xeriscape terraces around the house.
